New Years Resolutions 2024!  

 Here are a couple of New Years Resolutions that may help you on your quest onward and upward.
Remember to expand these after you get used to doing them.
This is advice from a couple of American Super Achievers.
Before you go to sleep
1. Get a piece of paper and write down what is the most important thing(s) you want to achieve or continue working on tomorrow. Repeat it or them a few times and then go to sleep. Your brain will usually work on them all night as you sleep.
2. When you wake up, don’t jump and run. Make 10 or 15 minutes for yourself to just sit and meditate on the results of the day before and the coming day.

If you are ready to start a new project or bring some order to the things you are doing. Here is a simple, personal and private Mind Map
a. You can open a word program like Microsoft Word. (Blank Document) and build a Mind Map for yourself and your projects.
b. Click the Layout Tab or Ribbon and on Orientation choose Landscape.
c. Click the Insert Tab or Ribbon, click on shapes, choose rectangle and click inside your new document.
d. There is your first block, you can type titles, actions, put your actions needed on order, even add links to other documents etc.
d. To format your shapes, colors etc. Right click then format shape or choose Shape Format tab or ribbon.
