I have even seen them import criminals from countries that have been ripping off America for decades.
The basic pattern is similar to this: test you to see if they can easily manipulate you. Rob you, then character assassinate and slander you, or they rob you after they terrorize you. Then the professional of the type will use some of the money to create corruption and communist territories by bribing anyone and everyone they can to help them harm you and cover their tracks.
And remember, in America, unlike most other countries, very little is done to protect your privacy and your Internet and wireless connections.
